In compliance with the contents of Article 13 of the (Italian) Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (the Code on the subject of the protection of personal data), we wish to inform you that the personal and corporate information that you supplied us with and which was drawn up in the Exhibition's application form and in other, relative forms, or rather, acquired in some other way within the ambit of the activities conducted by the organizer, Promospace Srl itself, shall be subject to processing, in compliance with the duties of confidentiality and in compliance with that which has been explicitly established by the aforementioned Code.

The processing of these personal data, which shall be dealt with by means of information technology or manual instrumentation, shall be kept for the following purposes:

1. Communications and commercial promotions concerning the activities of the company SALCA - ASIAGO S.C. a R.L.;
2. Statistical processing and auditing activities;
3. Analysis and market research;
4. Historical information archiving.

The processing of personal data implies: their collection, registration, organisation, conservation, processing, amendment, selection, extraction, comparison and re-classification of information into uniform economic categories, use, inter-connection, blockage, communication, diffusion, cancellation or combination of two or more of the aforementioned operations.

We would also like to inform you that Article 7 of the aforementioned Code, acknowledges the party concerned with numerous rights, amongst which: access to the Ombudsman's registers, to obtain information with reference to the data concerning him and to obtain the cancellation of or the blockage, or rather, the updating, adjustment or integration, as well as the certification that said operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated, to oppose, for lawful reasons, the processing of said data and oppose the processing for commercial or advertising purposes or market research.
